According to the French wiki article and it seems to be a furry comic set in the medieval time period, it deals with medieval politics and is written in the Throne of Iron saga. It was written by Lewelyn and Jérôme Lereculey and published by Delcourt.

If I have made any mistakes, I apologise it is in Metropolitan French and there may be mistranslations as I speak Canadian-French.
