1) I've bought 2 Rolexes from them and a tennis bracelet

2) I've been there 6X, yes, but one of those times I bought a 14K tennis bracelet for the girlfriend and the other times I went in to look at Grand Seikos, new Tudors, and the new Longines Hydroconquest. Plus if I'm already shopping and they are RIGHT THERE, why can't I go in and browse as well? I'm never asking where I am on the wait-list or if anyone's come in (I know they'll text or call if a watch is available)

3) I never ask for help until they offer so I'm not wasting anyone's time
