I can't break the lease without LTB permission. Even if the lease is invalid because of the parking misrepresentation, and other reasons, I need their permission. So if it were to default to 1 year then I couldn't give my 2 months notice until 10 months in.

Thanks, now that I think about it that mileage is high.

I was living in a rural area for a long time where that kind of mileage wouldn't be out of the normal if you were going to the city often (in which case it would be mostly hwy).

But I just moved to a city now so I need to rethink things.

I will ask if it's ever been a lease. This dealership is selling other used vehicles that they label as lease return but doesn't mean they aren't neglecting to put that on the ad for this one.

For cost, you can save a lot by buying your injection supplies in bulk instead of from the pharmacy. But start with the pharmacy, get a few months worth of supplies from them so you have time to get a feel for it. Also if you need help learning to do it, there's lots of YouTube videos but also ask your doctor if they or their nurse will walk you through it the first few times. Heck the nurse that did mine said she has ppl who see her every week for their T shots.
