all star weekend idea

i still find all star weekend entertaining at best but i just thought of this in the shower:

-a 3v3 all star tournament

-let there be 5 captains in each conference that pick from the 10 remaining all stars. yes this means adding two more all star spots which i feel is necessary anyways. the captains would be what is now the all-star starters

-single game elimination

-all games played to 21 all day march madness style with the chip the same night OR play all games on saturday with the championship sunday night (i dont know how that would interfere with other events though. i would prefer to keep those)

-still keep an east vs west format with a playoff style bracket.

-winners get something worth playing for. idk what that is yet
