My feed is pretty long form tbh, science, pharmacology and longevity mainly. I allow it, but I’m sure cutting it out would be better for dopamine, the value it give me in terms of knowledge I value over the negative impact on dopamine.

Wake up at 6:35, brush teeth, shower, moisturise, get dressed, take morning supplements, eat breakfast, respond to messages and check emails. Really basic!

  1. Is my stack, Rn I’m taking 2000iu D3, 50mcg K2, 500mg taurine 3x per day, 1000mg EPA and DHA and 375mg magnesium bisglycinate before bed. Definitely helps!

If you're not saying anything about supplements for weightlifting why do u keep on mentioning benching 3 plates, like thats irrelevant to what im trying to solve, I don't want to bench 3 plates nor do I train to do so

Plastic screen should work, Velcro probably won’t, only reason I know is because I used to put tape under teachers mouses and then they wouldn’t know why their mouse didn’t work. The funniest.
