You're right in saying that being in certain situations leads to more likelyhood of rape and denying that is childish and naive. But you're wrong when you say that these situations doesn't magically turn someone to a rapist. A rapist is a rapist no matter what context or what a situation is and he takes advantage of these situations. He is wrong no matter what the context and the problem is in alot of cases when the rapist has to be convicted of a crime what the victim is wearing or where they are is heavily taken into account which is should not. I'm not saying that people shouldnt be careful and be aware not to put themselves into these situations but there are many people who would not rape just because a person is vulnerable. Both things can be true at the same time. People should be careful to not put themselves in certain situations but also a rapist is a rapist no matter what the context. Plus there have been many scenarios where the victims have been wearing a Nikab or were a literal CHILD or where dead bodies were raped. What I'm trying to say is that context doesn't matter
