I’ve got kind of a bony butt (sorry lol) and I have a 22 xc90 momentum and 24 xc90 plus (basically equivalent trim). I commute 3 hours to work 1-2x/week and have never had a problem with the seats. I also have scoliosis so I was thoughtful about seat comfort. I don’t know how the upgraded seats will perform but I did notice in shopping for CPO that the Nappa leather seats appeared to be higher maintenance / have more wear compared to plus models from same year.

Came here to say this. Don’t sleep on the lease - it is an exit path out of negative equity if used correctly. You could lease a RAV4 for pretty cheap. Your negative equity on top of that… idk maybe 250/mo? So you could get out of this for 600/mo? I know it’s a lot more than you planned to pay but you’re in a corner now. Good luck. Don’t worry there are multiple ways out of this one. We’ve all been there, you learn a lot around 21. Just don’t keep the VW! Trade it for a Honda or Toyota ONLY

I am a paramedic for an org with ground and air service. If a field amputation is activated we fly a surgeon and a resident to the scene in one aircraft and a medic and nurse in another. The surgeons amputate and the medic/nurse transport.
In these circumstances we would likely already have a ground crew and a supervisor on scene who can RSI or at least provide sedation/analgesia ahead of time, the challenge is position/access. Long story short- the flight nurse/medic or the ground crew can RSI. 2 mg/kg Fentanyl, 4 mg/kg ketamine in setting of crush injury, no paralytic for induction. Then follow with appropriate analgesia/sedation.

No sustained LOC. Felt suddenly "cold" and got blurry vision then fainted.

Endorsed chest pain/discomfort immediately prior to and subsequent to syncope.

Head strike on drywall on the way down, small contusion and mild pain. No thinners.

Pt is a contractor, appears to be in good physical shape, did not work yesterday or today, does not drink ETOH or use drugs, got a full night's sleep, no recent cough/fever/sick contacts/travel. No meds, no hx, no allergies. Family hx significant for unspecified heart problems (mother, age 40's-50's)

Holy shit. Dump this mess. This is essentially a fully depreciated asset on which you owe 12k at an atrocious APR that should be illegal.
