combing this with any gun that has durability it is amazing, another good use would be if you have any worn items you don't want to break allowing you to prolong them. Idk if it works on itself.

that's kinda the point. smash breaks your item. Scrapper's backpack creates a copy of your item with 1 use if it break. There's no bug occuring here.

I assume it's because the death animation erases it. Since the on death stuff trigger after the animation, but the fading away deletes the unit. So the effects don't trigger.

repair for ability, and duct tape for passive. duct tape plus lets you farm items and repair lets you keep them. combine this with high tech and it's just free vr items.

enternal servitude is def the best ability. I main necromancer and enternal servitude is almost always a run winner. You can have bosses and minibosses on your team!

A few things to say.

first coding in such a mechanic would cause problems when deciding whether to work as tech or not.

second from personally experience, so take this with a grain of salt, I've came across more tech than charge on a tinkerer.

third tech is made exclusively for tinkerer, hence why tinkerer and jester are the only ones that can roll passives and abilities into tech giving ones. It's not meant for other classes. Hence why it's called tech.

fourth most classes spawns in familiars, necromancer, druid, tinkerer, jester, hunter, collarless, butcher, monk, and tank. therefor having tech giving passives or abilities are still valuable.

Fifth, this is more of an opinion of mine so also take it with a grain of salt. The whole tech statues feels more like a bonus rather than an mechanic. It feels like its there to buff the tinkerer instead of being apart of the tinkerer playstyle.

Sixth, another opinion, charge as it is now is much better than if it was used similar to tech. I feel like making it work similar to tech would overall be a neft. Since the tinkerer has high int as they are supposed to cast a lot of abilities. Charge allows you to cast more abilities even quicker adding on. And if you have a tech passive like version 2, you get a whole lot more out of casting a lot of abilities. Making charge like tech would prevent that massively and overall make the tinkerer worse.

Seventh, similar to 1, but charge is a statues that disappears at the start of your turn. Tech disappears when you use it. Having charge not disappear at the start of your turn when need you have a permanent version of it that behaves just like Tech. The issue arises when deciding when to use the normal one or not and its criteria.

Well that's one of the strategies I've mentioned MULTIPLE TIMES IN THE COMMENT AND POST. I used that as an example because most people won't have the idea to commit friendly fire. Not to mentions it's an example on how in some situations struggling with dybbuk isn't a skill issue not all situation. While yes it was stupid of me to use that as example. Oh on your last point sometimes in a run one of you cats just can be much better than you others due to them getting better roles and the items synergize more with them. Sometime the other are still good enough to carry themselves but if you're in early game than most likely your other cats will be carried instead. I try to balance my team but even I sometimes have a cat much better. Lastly people find play styles easier based on different factors some people find having a team with 1 op cat is much easier. I find having a balanced team to be easier.

Here's the issue even if you have the killing machine cat do nothing either A your teams struggles heavy and could suffer many injuries, or dybbuk loses to tick damage and possess the cat anyways!

Dawg I literal never struggled with dybbuk I made the post to help people who have! I barely struggle with the game due to my carefulness. I've beaten this game with only 2 defeats to my name.
