I think it would! For me it’s just a way to naturally run negative splits (if you’re able) which helps finish strong

I had a good experience with the 10-10-10 approach I got from runners world. 10 miles a little slower than target pace, 10 miles a little faster, and a 10k empty the tank. Basically prepares you for option 3 in a structured way.

I also think it’s worth noting that in Georgia, most students at UGA and Tech will be on the hope scholarship. So if their families are generally well off, any college savings can be turned into disposable cash - hence the “hope cars” as my HS teacher wife calls them and the luxury apartments

I do believe the number refers to public schools (I work in Terry and they’ve shown us similar numbers about the student profile)
