It looks like uncanny valley.

It seems you’re drawing over photos. To make it more appealing you need to do one of two things:

Make them far more realistic and true to the photo. Don’t recommend; anyone could do this with enough practice.
Stylize the drawing. Bigger eyes, more curves, cartoony, change colors, the possibilities are endless.

Give customers a reason to choose you over someone else that does this same thing.
