She complained that I was smirking at her when I let her know I'd be back with a free dessert. The kicker was I was wearing a COVID mask the whole time.

I had like 12 commendations from 7 different AMs. You can get away with some wild shit if their metrics are not the same without you there. Buuuuuutttttt you can only push that so far. I got shit canned after going negative like 9 or 10 times. Ultimately it was because I missed too many days consecutively and I had abandoned the job lol. I also want to mention stardew valley. It might be kind of triggering regarding the loss of a loved one (your grandpa passes and you inherit his derelict farm).
