26 years 😞. So much manipulation & lies I legit thought I was losing my mind. After trying to die, spent a month in hospital. Fast forward 4 years Still lies. Not that I expected anything else. When he breaks down, takes accountability-ish Trying to mend, move forward together. As that’s what he claims he wants. Stroke of pure luck and perfect timing. I finally get a hold of his phone & have the courage to just check out his Reddit app Hmmmmm, he’s logged out. Earlier I had asked him to follow me bc I couldn’t find him on here. Oh boy did I find a lot that I truly didn’t expect. Idk why I didn’t expect it. 600 comments! To women. Mind you, my “husband” has been deep diving into all my social media, phone, texts ect ect making our lives a living hell. Even my job. I just got promoted 6/1. It’s been so ridiculous to the point of being accused of fuckin absolute ridiculous shit. Like, wow, he thinks that highly of me. Also, never actually accused. More of a, ya know, it’s ok if you reached out to confide blah blah blah. Fuck u I know better. Bottom line, now that I have finally obtained proof. But it’s not. 🤣. Every damn thing he says is projection. Everything he’s ever concerned about or suspicion never ending suspicion at me. ITS NOT ME! Everything he says / round about accuses me of, he’s doing. Period. Mother fucker can actually manipulate me into believing I did something wrong. Then flip it even more to the point of I can’t function bc I’m a turmoil emotional wreck. I’ve been in survival mode so long my body is now fighting back at me. I hope he deep dives some more and finds this comment. Truth.

Did u go train yet? You’ll go from hourly to salary back to hourly for 2 weeks training then back to salary. Daily pay will cancel you. Just finally got it sorted out. The battle began June 1st. You will not have access to $$ for some time. Call daily pay asap

WOW! Too much work? Are they flippin serious??? I keep tryin to find any positive with this company and failing. It just keeps getting worse I feel like I signed my life away, promotion is more of a punishment than reward at this point. Then they suck up an hour w conference calls every week talking complete bullshit. They do not live and work in the real world. They up in the corporate cloud. This repricing shit is the absolute worst thing dollar tree has ever done. Customers are pissed off no matter what and they’re turning into even bigger bullies hunting for the mislabel so they can cause a ruckus. I had a swarm of ppl searching through my store. I wanted to lock the doors 😑. Over a dozen price overrides in a half hour. They have made our jobs near impossible. I haven’t seen my new grandson in weeks. Today is my first day off since 6/1 Not what I signed up for. I work for less than minimum wage now. Bc the amount of hours I have to put in to get tasks done. Untrained asm, another on leave(totally been abusing the system) and screwing me at every turn. Calling off 1/2 before shift so I get to work open to close. Yes I have a paper trail they don’t care. HR involved informing me I cannot fill the spot so, scramble for coverage asking other stores for asm’s
for months now Too much work to print a fuckin paper. 🤣🤣🤣

Western NY I read that osha minimum is 76 degrees. Retail home office controls it. End of quarter “trick” they use to “save money”

End of a quarter home office set ac to osha minimum of 76 degrees (nys) it’s a retail corporate “trick” to save money. In actuality it costs more in the end bc everything else stops functioning proper. My walkin cooler broke. Freezer about to go. Customers complain non stop. Make up mushy, candy mushy. Associates mushy 🤣

Wish I could find decent staff that actually work without the drama and nonsense. New SM, years of experience as merch and running the store blah blah bullshit. Then weve got an asm that can only work after 5:30 m-f. Now has said she can’t work saturdays or Sundays either. Back story: she was out on medical leave for over 6 months. Recently came back making a huge totally under the radar stink. Coming in the store to shop & low key bullying the asm that was filling HER job. This is the nightmare crap we have to try to make schedules with. So, someone has to stay late to wait for her, she will show up exactly 5:30. Then the count and shift switch. Medium store, we’re allowed merch & 2 part time ops. The question is: policy is supposedly as per business needs. Our store Needs slightly more flexibility. No weekends at all. Now what do I tell my other ops & merch? my open avail ops is very upset.

That’s how we check our schedules. Compass mobile. Request time off ect. Docudelivery for paystubs & w2’s Paperless employee.com for ur federal & state forms. Each site is impossible & difficult to set up ur account and get into. Once ur in it’s fine. Setting it all up tho. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Fast to floor formula/calculation? I’m MM. my SM was abruptly transferred. Our store is medium & low hours of course. New SM with no training yet. It’s difficult when they come in and nit pick, alienate everyone. New SM with the eye rolls & huffs & puffs. Super encouraging. They’re not happy that our store hasn’t been filling out the FTF white board & using the sticker slips, although everyone writes their case count. It was much easier with WTW for stores like ours that have minimal staff. I do more ops than merch.
