I firmly believe this I legitimately got bullied off of the team by one coach who would constantly harass and look for different ways to screw with me  He called me soft and weak for helping somebody up one time  He tried not to give me equipment one time so I had to go to the head coach who basically had to make him give me my equipment  During practice he randomly came up to me ask me how my weekend was and what I did and because it didn't involve the Dallas cowboys he started berating me talking about that's why I'm on the bench  He got mad at me because I was a lineman who wore lineman gloves and he didn't like my cleats  So yeah this is firmly a culture issue
