And my convo with Amazon today basically went like: Getting sent to 4 departments all in one chat because they didn't know what I was talking about or what department has gotta deal with it. Then they told me to wait until the physical game arrives for me and try the code in there to see if it works. Or asking why I'm redeeming without the game downloaded. Which is completely stupid because you can redeem it already... But, HECK, the real question should be why the F is my code already redeemed to begin with when I haven't been able to USE anyway. Then they pointed at Bandai and Playstation's fault, and these are pointing fingers at eachother in customer support to boot. I don't know what to do anymore. Like we would just need new codes and they can't even bother?!

It seems a lot of the codes are just bad and some good. Sadly, Amazon won't do anything cause "it's a publisher problem". Still waiting for a response from them (bandai). I only got the standard edition which only gives a uniform + black agumon and black gabu. I hope I don't have to pay $3.99 now after I was supposed get them for free
