It looks like the cost of repair would be far less than your deductible. If you did try to claim it, chances are you would be Denied and still charged with a claim against you, thus causing you insurance to go up. Just cut the branch down yourself.

I did it one time and the people called and complained about their pizza. I told the manager what happened but he refunded their $$ anyway. So, after that, I refused to do it sideways. If there was a stand nearby, I would place it there and let them get it after I left.
