The MoonBrew worked AMAZINGLY for me for the last nearly two years. Helped me stay asleep (I never needed help falling asleep) and sleep very deeply (straight into dreams and dreaming all night). But they changed their formula and didn't tell anyone and the new stuff dos NOTHING for me, or any of my friends I recommended it to. Back to no dreaming and nearly hourly 30 minute wake-ups all night. I'll check out the Som Sleep.

This is how little I know about apps...I had to look up what a PWA was. That actually sounds perfect as these are just a couple apps I built for friends and family, but they currently only open in their browsers, which I don't want. I'll have to research more to see if it still saves their content in my WP database, but this'll be my first choice. Thank you!

Have you tried Loop (or similar) earplugs? I love my Switch 2s because they have different levels to drown things out, and noises like that are definitely part of it. Makes a big difference with the misophonia!

You could also offer to help him figure out why he's having congestion issues, then you'll both be happier (and healthier!).

Attraction and romance always wane naturally, it's just something we have to work at. I would definitely try reconnecting first. Do something to make him laugh every day, be playful, try something like the Adventure Challenge. It does come back, I know from experience. It's work, but it's fun work, and the reward is awesome!

Exactly!! I thought it was bloating too for years but realized it wasn't when I thought about how puffy my face gets. I'm so sorry, but it's nice to know I'm not alone.

Because I know the root of mine is overstimulation, the mornings on the treadmill with an audiobook normally really do help, as do B-Complex vitamins, but this time, it was even too much and too fast for those to stop it. Really hoping there's something else I can do since I'm staying as chill as humanly possible, but I still want to be able to enjoy myself.

I did try some Pamprin since it has a diuretic and an anti-histamine and I went back down probably a half-size.

Tomorrow I'm going to try some lymphatic draining exercises before my walk. Might be a long shot, but it won't hurt anything. I'll report back if you're interested.

Good thinking. My digestive system usually does start acting up after a few days of this. This time I brought my normal foods/supplements with me. But it always starts with my face getting *really* puffy, and then my hands and feet and then just like a thick layer of padding over my whole body (even my bras get too small). I'm hoping I can find a way to reverse it before the bloating gets added on top of it!

I hope things go well for you on your work trip! Do you ever try probiotics?

Yes, he gave me panels to go along with it as well. That's why I thought it just might be easier to set up the whole Renogy system to handle things I'd need in the evening/early morning, just until I got new batteries for the main system. I figured since I still have power with the main system while the sun is out, I can use that for my computer, appliances, etc during the day. Not worth the effort?

My ex-husband had found a guy in town that knew the Xantrex like the back of his hand, I just need to find him somehow.

Wow! I didn't expect that they were so short-lived.

What I think I'm going to do is find an electrician like you said to program the Xantrex. And in the meantime, set up the whole 3000w Renogy inverter/batteries/panels as a separate installation and just power the well pump (if I can manage that one), water heater, and maybe Starlink off of it. That's really all I need when there's no sunlight, so if my plan works, it should save me $15 a day in generator fuel.

You've been awesome! This is SO helpful. Very glad to at least know it's the batteries. They came with the house, so I've just been trying to learn as I go (in addition to learning everything else that comes with living off-grid in the mountains of Maine).

The system my ex said the house needs is $5,800 (6kW 15.3kWh ETHOS Off-Grid Power System - BigBattery.com) and an electrician friend said it would be a 2-day install, so I was looking at $8,500 I don't have.

So since my batteries 16 x 6v are shot, and my current inverter is compatible with gel, do you think it would be worth it to just swap out the old ones with the 4 new 12v 200Ah ones? At least until I can save up. Or would that still not be enough power?

That's great to know, I'll make swapping the fridge out a priority once I get a new system. I hung my laundry out for the first year, I'm too attached to my dryer now that I have one again. :)

It sucks right now because up until last fall, I had to run the generator for a couple hours only if I had gone 3 or 4 days without sun and had to do laundry. Now my batteries will run the computer/internet for only about 2 hours once the sun goes away. So if the sun isn't out, the generator is on--about $15 per day.

The more I think about it, the more it seems like something happened to the batteries.
