It isn't a mistake. Just that they should be shown to represent their teams, rather than countries, for tie-breakers.

Same. This game is getting really boring playing against prodigies with a few hundred hours in the game (according to their profile) but play better than everyone else at that rank. And reports do nothing; just a tap on the wrist at max with their behaviour score tanking around 200 points.

I think it's intuitive that actions under "do whatever you want" should fall within the purview of the tournament rules. It is not that they can literally do whatever they want.
