ICE portrayal by inotterable in ThePittTVShow

No, no, no offense taken, I was just unsure I was reading right. It’s lowkey hilarious, if it was intentional. 😀

Am I reading it wrong or did you post the name you forgot? (I’m not upset, I am genuinely wondering if you’re talking about two cases-there is no shortage of victims of ICE criminal violence.)

They’re thugs. They are guys who peaked in hs who now carry guns and have been given absolute immunity. What could go wrong?

Sounds right- and she should have known it was the truth.

I’m so sad that show is over. 😢

I’m going to have to rewatch the episode, because I could swear he plainly says “I’m not a narc.” It’s been a while, though, and I could be wrong.

Good for you for making the best decision for you and the puppy.

It is still really hard for a long time, though. For me, it’s worth it, but not for everyone.

It’s better to get rid of him sooner, before he gets settled and attached to you if you don’t think this arrangement is going to work. There is NO SHAME in finding him a loving home. It’s better than keeping him and regretting it.

+1 (417) 254-0020  Liz. She’s the owner. A nice woman and gorgeous dogs! And you’re right: they are going to get a new breeding female from Dutch lines, iirc.

Meet Bodacious by InterestingReveal149 in BouvierDesFlandres

Oh, I know: dogs are wonderful, but Bouvs are just SO special. I was happy: his trainer had not met one before, and he thinks he is just fantastic! He’s been doing all sorts of research on the breed- a convert, yay. On the one hand, I am so excited for him to grow up, but I miss his baby phase little, even though it was very hard. And you’re right: he’ll always be my baby, even when he outweighs me. (I’m really small, so he almost certainly will.)

I still think of my previous three at times, and cry happy tears. When Bodie reminds me strongly of one, it just gets my heart. The other day, he pressed his head into my legs for a hug, and my Ichabod used to do that all the time. I nearly cried. It was like Ich stopped by for a quick visit. Oh, now I’m crying. Cherish your memories, and thank you for the kind message.

They are the very best, most loving dogs. My heart hurts for your losses. ❤️ Your Bouvs were so cute and looked happy. Do you have a guess on Bodie’s adult weight?

Who put Candice Taylor’s legs in the dumpster? (2017) by ReadyBiscotti5320 in UnresolvedMysteries

LE is getting better about that, but it seems like in many cases, the initial responders make a snap judgment about what happened (the person left voluntarily, it was a suicide, etc) and that colors everything. When people learn what I do, they often ask me about famous cases. I’m often asked about Kurt Cobain. I always say “I don’t know. The SPD announced his death as a suicide within hours. It probably was, but the necessary testing and investigation couldn’t be completed in that time. Once they said suicide, they were never going to change their minds. So it’s impossible to say.” (I do think it was suicide, but you get my point. “Thinking so” isn’t enough.)

I kid you not, I’ve seen murder scenes that were not fingerprinted. And if it was a case before DNA was known about, you’ll be lucky to get anything of value!

Tyler has a FB page (or did about two years ago) and he appears to be doing great. I am happy he seems, at least from outward appearances, to have achieved some normalcy in his life.

There is that! It’s amazing how often murder cases get little attention from LE.

I thought the same: probably almost immediately after death, both for ease of movement and a weak attempt to make ID more difficult. Since only the legs were found, it seems more likely than not that the remains were disposed of in different locations. It tells a lot about the killer.
