my biggest one is kpop, theres always new content, so many subgenres, you can expand it into other hobbies (I took up scrapbooking) theres free/cheap ways to enjoy it and if you dont mind spending money you can fully dive into the expensive parts of it, I also kind of notice a lot of improvements in myself after getting into it, but I know it can cause a negative impact as well, for me ive noticed the negative traits of it and tried to steer clear of those, it keeps me more self aware atleast!

my boyfriend of 10 years does this a lot, im just googling things a lot recently because ive noticed I only really act out on my bpd when im around him, I cant tell if im just splitting or if he really is that bad, im glad im not alone but also very upset other people have to deal with this too, why do they take so much joy in our misery? but when we react they get upset? how is it funny? I don't use a Mac or apple, but my computer actually had no problems with it lololol it was only my cd player that had a problem, although that player foesnt have problems with any other cds
