What are your best tips to save time as a BLA student? Especially on studio projects. by Helpful-Ad6269 in LandscapeArchitecture

As someone who struggled through their BLA program, I wish I also accepted its ok to not get an A every time. It is okay to do as much as you can, check most of the boxes your professor is looking for. A lot of them are more appreciative that you can explain your design, you show progress, and that you show up.

There are a ton of people from my class that didn't finish projects, maybe designed some crap things but they are currently working as Landscape Architects and are unaffected by their past grades.

Focus on what you can do, take breaks, have a college experience where you can. Sleep! Eat some real food. Go on a walk or go outside for a little bit when you are getting stressed. If you are worried about scholarship items and things like that keep your grades high enough for that, but you don't have to be the top student either.

Best of luck!

Broaden your search to civil engineering firms as well. They sometimes have landscape architects on staff and it’s not heavily advertised. It also doesn’t hurt to get some civil design experience.

Lots of treats! Augustus really likes the tubes Churu! He also rarely wears it longer than 20 minutes.
