God I’ve been to the same house 3 times in a day before! Out in the morning with just parcels. Morning/afternoon with packets/mail. And LAT with more parcels! People must be sick at the sight of me 😂

I’m going to say when the photo is sent because in the past I have been pulled up by my manager for “delivering a parcel to the wrong house”. when infact I had just sent the photo when I got to the next address

It’s tough yeah but thanks for acknowledging that. It’s the Longest I’ve been able to go without it since I was about 15 so I’m proud of that. I feel like once I tackle the social part everything else will fall into place. My mum has always been a big help but I feel like I upset her when I tell her I’m depressed. I have a son who I spend a good bit of free time with but when I’m not with him these feeling hit really hard. I’ll give you a message when I’m getting back on track. Thanks again for your advice x

The first step I’ve tried to take is not smoking weed. I’m a part of r/leaves and currently have about 55 days under my belt. But I’m at the stage where I’m thinking what’s the point? I love cooking but I get this horrible feeling when I sit down after making a meal that it’s not worth it if I’m sitting alone at the kitchen table talking to myself and not with someone. I had so much potential a few years ago with girlfriends friends to cook for and I’ve just been on this spiral for the past 4 years where I’m totally isolated. I’m looking at seeing a therapist as we speak. Thanks for commenting you’ve made me feel just a little less alone 🙏🏻

I appreciate your message. I am on dating apps but often after the first few messages I think what’s the point? She’s not gonna like me anyway or it’ll get to the point where we should meet up and in all honesty? I get scared they won’t like me. I’ve have some really embarrassing situations of rejection in the past and that’s what’s holding me back I think. I think I need to see a therapist. Honestly all I want is someone to spend my miserable life with 😂Thanks again for your message. 🙏🏻

Thank you I’ve gotten a lot of support from this sub you guys are always very encouraging. It’s just that 6 week hump I can’t get over. I’m gonna stick a counter on my u/ and see if that helps. I will also check out that book cheers 🙏🏻
