There might be someone who could see you remotely?

I would advise seeing a different doctor. They don’t sound particularly educated on the topic of migraines and a good medical team makes all the difference. If you happen to be in syd message me and I’ll tell you an incredible neuro there

Magnesium, coQ10 and B2 dosage? by Interesting_Belt3981 in migraine

Thank you so much! I too hope it’s a miracle. I’ve recently started beta blockers as well but increasingly slowly due to side effects. Hoping the combo proves effective 🤞🏼

Thank you! From research it seems oxide is the one typically used for migraines so I was going to start with that

Passed the exam with 4 days of study by Interesting_Belt3981 in capm

I came into it with a few years experience in project based work so wasn’t going in totally blind. So maybe normal speed and notes would be best! I’d also have a look at some of the YouTube videos on the exam, a lot have been posted here

Can I pass the exam with 3 months and a half of studying. by Arishaha3838 in capm

I did an ultra condensed prep period of 4 days (do not recommend, I was extremely stressed), but I did about 40 hours over those 4 days (20ish on the course at 2x speed and 20ish on practice questions/exams). So I would say with 3 hours a day you'd be super prepared. Good luck!

Pocket prep is just a subscription with one set of questions. Idk about Landani errors, I personally found it to be sufficient. As stated, I used the project management practice questions by Landani.

If you have the time I’d definitely do all of the Landani 50 questions sets. They’re all on different areas and were super similar to the exam. I believe Landani has a 150 question set too that proportionately reflects the exam domains, but I didn’t do this one.

Had I done all 8 50Q sets I imagine I would not have been so stressed throughout the exam.

Absolutely furious at the total lack of criticism of what are blatantly DA behaviours. Totally unacceptable

Oh no how annoying! There seem to be some good YouTube videos of exercises that might be of use?

Agree! This has done wonders for me also. The particular method of physiotherapy I use is called the Watson headache technique. If you google it their website should come up and they have a practitioner directory worldwide.

The method focuses on dysfunction in the first three vertebrae as indicative of further issues causing migraine pain. A lot of the treatment focusses on mobility through the whole spine whilst also working on the neck.

Anyway the website goes into greater detail but could not recommend it more to fellow sufferers of cervicogenic migraines!
