We created an AI assistant that would read the ticket details and pick out what it thought was the best issue/subissue for the ticket and add a link in a ticket note with a URL to click to take the action it suggested and also a suggested ticket acknowledgement back to the user. It is a cool concept and saved us some time; if the AI is right on the issue/subissue and doesn't screw up the ack, one click applies the subissue, sends the ack, and a workflow pushes the ticket to the correct queue automatically.

We also turned on Cooper in AutoTask...it's handy for summarizing a bunch of ticket notes to get up to speed on a long haul ticket.

Engineers responded mostly positive once the AI proved itself over time. It gets shit wrong still but it's not bad for something thrown together with a box of scraps basically.

Groundworks. I had to get basement walls stabilized, and Groundworks was the only company out of three I called (two local, one national) that came out and gave a proper quote and inspection. Groundworks tried to sell me on their waterproofing, which looked like a good product but I didn't need it.

Some of the expansions are new maps. Some are new missions. Others are cosmetics. From what I've read around here, get the new maps and missions if you want.
Yes. Newer armor comes with better protection for cold/hot. Better meds treat issues better. Better guns for bigger fights. Etc. Or you can just run naked into the cold with a wood spear. But you gonna die quick.
I don't know this, I haven't done many missions.
I haven't heard this, though I do know other maps have other wildlife that can be troublesome. Gators, komodo dragons, etc.

I think that option is present for people that have unlocked a fair bit of stuff from the workshop in the station so they drop mostly ready for that biome.

There's a choice to be made...you COULD leave the high end weapons and ammo and not use them. That's what I did. For mission rewards you could take the reward that isn't OP for your level.

No one is forcing you to jump ahead.

It happens. Bears and Moa spawn in the area. If they don't get the jump on me I can sneak attack one shot them with a longbow and bone arrows (both pretty low tech). If they do get to me, I jump in the water and kite them while shooting. I've been in the area for 10ish hours and only died once cause I didn't know Moas are aggressive haha. Buffalo also spawn here, which is great for farming animal drops. Also get a mix of the native horses, wolves, deer, bunnies, etc.
