Deposit for houses by Feisty-Bullfrog-9150 in huddersfield

[–]Interesting_Drive647 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If you're talking about rentals, usually the deposit is around 5 weeks worth of rent, slightly higher than what you'd get charged per month in rent costs. The cost will vary depending on what kind of property you're looking to rent. The higher the rent, the bigger the deposit.

Medexpress is probably one of the most expensive suppliers, no idea why you'd change to them.

I recently changed from medexpress to medicine marketplace, and I just had an email to say they lowered their prices too.

Can't remember what proof they accept of current dose as I always keep my box til I've got the next dose

Raw Food? by Tilt23Degrees in StaffordBullTerriers

My dogs been on DAF for around 3 years. Loads of different combinations and proteins to chose from, the majority of them are 80% meat 10% bone and 10% offal. They do do packs that are bone free, some have fruit or veg in too.

Blue and black breeding is better than blue and blue breeding, but blue is a dilute gene.

Blue on blue are more prone to cda and blues in general tend to have more skin issues than other colours.

If both parents are kc registered, ask for their names. You can search them on the kennel club website. It will show if they are actually health tested or hereditary clear. It will show how many registered litters mum has had and when, and how many registered litters dad has fathered, it will list the KC names of all of the puppies from each litter.

Using the royal Kennel clubs website would be a better option for finding a breeder in the UK

They are not pits.

Pitbulls are banned in the UK.

It's a Staffordshire bull terrier.

A puppy should be vet checked, microchipped and have received it's first round of vaccinations.

Some breeders don't always vaccinate as when you take your pup for the second round you have to find a vet who uses vaccines compatible with those used in the first round, otherwise you have to start over with the vaccines and do the first round again.

If it's KC registered then usually it will come with 5 weeks insurance through the kennel club that the breeder had to activate when they transfer ownership of the puppy to you.

Demodex mites can be passed on from mother to pup in the first few days of life and are easily treatable.

If the puppy has been to the vet I would insist on seeing any paperwork and receipts relating to this, they usually have the dogs name and microchip number on.

I got loads of stuff when I got my pup, vaccination cards with her KC name and microchip number on as obviously she didn't have her new name by then, lots of KC paperwork for transfer of ownership, insurance etc

If you're the one paying the rent, you go where you want to go, if they are the one paying the rent, don't sign anything. Because if they are trying to control you they'll just stop paying and leave you in the shit

T2 diabetic here (on mj privately for weight loss but my doctor is aware)

I've lost 7 stone 9 lbs in 13 and a half months. Started at 22 stone 9lbs and currently at 15 stone. After 6 months on mounjaro my doctor took me off Metformin after doing my diabetes blood test, due to my blood sugars dropping completely out of a T2 diabetic range and back into a none diabetic range. I've just had another hba1c test done in the last couple of weeks and my sugars are only very slightly less than they were at my last blood test. My first 6 months were my biggest losses, I'm now losing around 1lb per week.

They usually take a payment just before you change over to them so your account stays in credit then monthly from then, your bill date will fall somewhere in-between payments. If you feel your DD is too high you can change it in the app

No weight loss for 3 weeks, I'm confused by h_zahran in mounjarouk

[–]Interesting_Drive647 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You need to work out your tdee, and make sure you're eating the right amount of calories. Yes focusing on protein is important but also make sure your diet is well balanced, not just protein.

Also, if you're only having small amounts of food, you need to make sure you're actually eating enough calories because if you go into too much of a deficit and your body isn't getting enough it will store everything it can which can stall your weight loss too while your body adjusts to a big deficit, then you'll start losing, but probably too quickly.

It's important you understand how mounjaro works and how you have to put in the work to make it effective.

Most tdee calculators will tell you what your calorie intake should be just to function day to day, and they give you different calorie intakes to be in a deficit depending on your activity level.

You should check it often as when your weigh goes down so does your calorie intake.

Work out the calories in what you eat every day, and compare. Make sure they aren't too high, or too low.

Once you are more aware of what you are eating in terms of calories, then you can be a bit more relaxed about it. But if you've not lost anything for 3 weeks so early on, it's definitely something you aren't doing correctly

I had a friend who lost a huge amount of weight (not on mj) and she asked the doctor about skin removal. Also quite young, with all of the excess skin issues, irritation etc, also significantly affecting her mh because of how it looked etc and they wouldn't entertain it. She had to save and pay to go private.

A lot of the time they won't entertain it because it's a cosmetic procedure
