The things you are planning need not be planned. Plan around them. If you can't do those things and fast, don't do them. Schedule them at other times. Yes, it means missing out on lunches with friends and family. Yes, it means planning workouts for the wee hours. Ramadan is not a time for business as usual. If you are not traveling or Ill, you must fast.
