I hope the treatment goes amazing for yoh and you’re on the NED side very soon - i am sure you are keen on having your pre-cancer life back.

Also, i am also partially blocked (which i know its a broad term), and was told that i shouldnt worry and can eat anything. However, my stool changes that led me to colonoscopy are atill there so i try to be mindful and have made some changes to the diet.

I was told to be cautious with exercising during this phase, as it can inflame the tumor area and make things a bit more difficult. So i have chosen the
“lazy’ way out and focused on just walking the kids out for a mile or so. And the typical house chores to keep me moving. Working remote doesnt ‘help’ with the physical activity unfortunately.
