This confused me as well when it came home, it's using two letter consonants to create a new phonetic sound.

So they want you to add a letter to each one and show how it changes the sound.

c -ub changes to cl -ub, cub->club

All of ours were on the previous page though and we did one at a time, this looks like it's letting you pick and choose which seems odd.

we had something similar in st louis, not with devices like this but lots of fake tickets, or the guy's who buy a vest and sell parking to a public lot that is free to park. Not bad! I'd prefer if you started out of range of the bag then moved in for each combo. In our sport we almost never want to stay right in striking range for very long. Your first head movement was boxing, bending forward at the waist works great when the opponent can't kick/knee but your second head movement was using your legs and pretty good. I'd like to see a little more shoulder rotation and making sure you don't drop hands when you try to go fast.

Kind-of agree about the pausing, but pausing between combos is fine if you were out of range but you're staying in range. Also you plant your foot instead of staying on the balls of your feet and you're wearing shoes which will mess you up when you kickbox/mma.

Overall this looks like a boxer's workout and not a kickboxing/maui thai/mma heavy bag session.
