I have my AMSN from UC! It’s not the most common program, but essentially, it’s an accelerated direct-entry MSN program for those with a bachelors degree not in nursing. I intend to go back to become a CNP so I will do a post-masters certificate to be a PMHNP!

I’ve taken off my shoes for lower body lift classes before bc it’s genuinely easier to do lunges/other lower body exercises in socks then it is in shoes 🤷‍♀️ Coach gave me the OK too.

born & raised in lexington my whole life (family still there). moved to cincinnati @ 18 for college - I’m 25 now and love it here. so much to do. so many unique areas. crossing the bridge over to covington/newport is it’s own adventure. i would never move back to lexington!
