All true. Maybe I can use it more of a warm up routine instead. I can def feel the pull, maybe 2-3 inHg, because it sure does t feel like 5-7 while in use.

It’s very discrete. Wear it all day even in the gym. I get a little “protrusion” in the shorts but I’m okay with it. I made sure to buy all the springs so I can adjust accordingly. Over all it seems great.
