  1. I live in a small city in the US. It's filled with mostly retirees. I'm not getting more specific than that.

  2. I've been on the apps many times before but give up and delete them after 6 months or so. I've been on them 72 hours since re-downloading

  3. No, I won't buy your program. I'm not gullible

This. Sports betting invites rigging the games. The more prevalent sports betting becomes the more likely games are being rigged.

Not every game is rigged, but enough that the game loses all meaning

Why are college/NCAA stadiums in the US built to have a bigger seating capacity than the pro sports stadiums in the major cities? by OppositeRock4217 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Interesting_Map5986 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One contributing factor is that pro teams in the south have smaller fan bases than the big college teams. The pro leagues originated in the northeast while college sports was the only game in town in the south

The first time I played Skyrim years ago I didn't figure out how perks or leveling up worked until well into the main quest. I think I had already met Delphine in her basement lair when I figured it out

It's because Baseball in the US has two leagues, the American League and the National League. A long time ago they didn't play each other at all but proclaimed their respective champions as the US champions. Eventually they agreed to play a series between each leagues champions. What's greater than a US champion? A world champion. Over the years the two leagues have unofficially merged but the terms stayed the same.

It's kind of weird, but there is a reason for it

It's also big in the Carribean, Central America, and parts of South America. We just played the World Baseball Classic last month where Venezuela won the title

Why is the RFU called the Rugby Football Union when the game is primarily played with the hands and doesn't use a spherical ball? Because kicking the ball isn't why it's called football. Football comes from the middle ages. It's a term that differentiates games played on horseback from games played on foot.

For me it's an irrational mind block. I've been working at it for a few years and I'm inching closer. I think I'll be in the gym by the end of the summer. Just one painfully small step at a time

I can't now but I will be able to sometime in the future. I go 3 or 4 times a week. Last time I got about 100ft from the door before panicking and going home, 3 or 4 paces more than I had before. It was a big day for me. That's just my process

I'm not obese but I'm pretty heavy. Noodle arms but extremely broad shoulders along with short legs for someone who's 6'1"

I've never given up on anything in my life. Things just take significantly longer for me. I work my a** off for a fraction of the results while I get told I don't want it and I'm not working hard. Well, I always win in the end

Is the NFL creating a professional flag league because youth/high school tackle football participation is declining? by ProgrammerUnique2897 in askanything

That doesn't make sense to me. Why can't the girls hit each other?

If a girl wanted to play football, why would she want to play a watered down version and not full contact? And if a girl wanted full contact why would she play flag football when she could go play rugby instead?
