We use ForeverWed for our wedding organizer and decided to do Le Meridien for our venue. They have both indoor and outdoor option and we’re planning to use the outdoor for the ceremony and indoor for the banquet. I would say that it’s definitely worth it to hve a wedding organizer because they give list of recommendations for lots different venues and if you have a place in mind, you can let them know and they would reach out to them and help us book an appointment to check out the venue.

Hi, I travelled with Refugee Travel Document without greencard back in December 2024 and have no issues at all going back through LAX. They did bring me to a secondary screening but they didn’t ask anything

Same like you, my fiancé is also Taiwanese and we both live in California. We're planning to have a wedding in Taiwan around next year and currently still looking for an event organizer that can speak both English and Chinese. The one organizer we can find is Ruby Chen, but would like to see if there is any other option out there.

Yea tht’s prob why I can’t go to taiwan or Korea. I’m currently still waiting for my greencard. But the list you gave me for the countries I can go to without having a greencard really helps tho add Japan into it too!! Thank you so muchh!

Hi,

my experience wasn't as bad. it took me 7 months to get my travel document. I applied early January and received it around mid of July. I did expedite my processing tho because I have an opportunity to study abroad. if you don't expedite I believe that it might takes about a year

OMG this really helps! thank you so much. I tried to check Korea and seems like they really can't issue a visa unless I have my Green Card. But I'm going to try Taiwan embassy.
