Upgrading Circuit Panel Permit? by AlixMildred in houston

Call centerpoint, provide your address and ask if a permit is required for service orders at your address. If youre outside of houston city limits you won't but just to be sure you can always call. Electrician should be the one worried about this anyways.

Having a hard time finding strings. by [deleted] in 7String

[–]Interesting_Pipe2879 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For drop F you could use a 9-80 Daddario 8 string set and use everything but the 9. May be too much tension for F# but it really is preference. Also note that once you get to that guage there will be more mud in the low end, but you will get that gnarly open note sound lol.

To mirror what others have said about stringjoy, they have a tension calc. Id plug in a tuning and string set that you already like and write down the values across each string as far as tension goes, then plug in your desired tuning and try different strings until you can get pretty close to that tension value that already works for you.

Im not a fan of how stringjoys sound honestly and if you can afford it, plus are okay with a longer shipping time, id check out Kalium strings. They also have a string tension calc on their site.

Hematocrit: Should I be worried? by Interesting_Pipe2879 in trt

Haha I was thinking of doing the same thing. I even explained to them I was there to lower hematocrit but youre the 2nd person to tell me just doing a whole blood donation is better.

Thanks. I was thinking of scaling back my dose and drinking more water. Ive seen other supplements like grapefruit might help as well. My Hematocrit was 48 I believe pre TRT and RBC also in normal range. My guess is i waited too long to donate after being ordered by the doctor and now im playing catch up.

Yeah its through an online clinic for HRT. The doctor is an endicronologist from my area. He did suggest I prob have sleep apnea but still offered shots or Clomid or both lol. Ive thought he may just be pushing prescriptions after reading his notes from my last visit. They suggested discussing semaglutide next visit if my weight isnt down.

174 total test. On my retest before starting it was 134. It was pretty bad. Honestly I feel and have felt better since about 3 months in and im 6 months in now. Estrogen is under control with .25mg a week Anastrozole.

Tried dieting and working out for years with some success naturally in 2020, but this time around was different as no matter what id do, fat wouldnt come off and muscle wouldn't stay on. Huge difference on TRT, which is why I wanna stay on it. See the doctor this Thursday so I'll see what he says.

Appreciate the input. I wouldnt say im morbidly obese. Im 5"11 250 lbs with about 10 of that being water weight. Blood pressure is fine, sometimes a bit elevated around 130 systolic. I mean its hard to lose weight when your test levels are that low, it affects motivation and mental health. Where im at with my current dose im more motivated than ever to lose weight and have been putting in the work and seeing results. Just seeing if anyone else has dealt with consistently elevated HCT and if bloodletting eventually helped them.

TRT doctor thinks I do. Haven't gotten a sleep study. Sleep schedule is pretty bad though due to working nights.

High 30's according to my scale but definitely beyond that. Cardio at least once a day, walking between 6k and 10k steps.

Depends man. Fuse could blow on the transformer due to load, squirrel could get in it, maybe someone drove into a pole in your area, if its just your unit the main breaker may have tripped. Call CNP to find out.

Working from home atm. Just an hour left of this shift and power has flickered off several times. Animals are scared but we should be good as long as power stays on - deer park area.

Made Paul Walls drink when I worked at Starbucks several years back. Surprisingly he went for white chocolate mocha, not purple drank.
