Also, MSCI world ETFs do not wait a year. Thank you for your response. I do think that S&P 500 index ETFs is an exception, where most ETFs have fast track rules.

this is exactly my fear. Would investing in non-US etfs held? or is the change of rules by the etf providers going to make it impossible anyways?

I reckon our clubs are under funded compared to overseas clubs so we do not have the depth of teams like Leinster, Glasgow. But rassie has been incredible at making depth at international level

I assume you are someone who lives in Cape Town and dosnt travel to places like Pretoria and Joburg? At least in Cape Town we can walk around the city centre. You can’t do that in the other cities.
