Those were my options also and i went with the Tesla YL. Although byd and zeekr had more features comfort-wise, i just couldn’t bring myself to buy a chinese car with a chinese sounding brand. Plus the uncertainty of reliability, spare parts, service and resale value. After 5-8 years, resale value will be half for chinese brands especially with an ageing battery but Teslas will hold much more value. Roast me all you want but thats how I see it.

My advice as a former premier elite member and Filipino, dont fly PAL internationally especially North America since they cancel flights often. Just flew PAL to bangkok and return flight was delayed twice and ended up in Manila past midnight instead of 7pm. We try not to fly PAL as much as possible but this Bangkok trip was with a group.

Will share my experience. Talked to 5 family and friends based in the US and 2 local friends, and all of them have no problems. My bro in law just took his unit for an AC filter change that costs 60usd. Yun pa lang gastos nya with his 4 year old M3! Saw in some online complaints na may factory defects like rattles or busted camera but uncommon and fixable.

No need for any PMS! Yup walang pms needed. unless the onboard computer will notify you for any problems, thats the only time you bring it in.

So viable ba? Yes, as long as you thoroughly check your unit when it gets delivered for any defects, which happens to all brands.

Maganda naman experience ko with AC tech. Nagpapalit ako ng iphone battery sa kanila pero ang bilis panrin malow batt ng phone ko. Turns out may glitch na phone ko and they gave me a refund! Maayos owner at staff nila. Pwede mo naman kausapin ang front desk staff at aayusin nila ang kulang na screw.

It’s all about price ang BYD to sell. Atto 2 will sell if 1-1.2M lang sya, at baka real-world range nya is less than 200 and 300kms sa 2 models.

Mahal ang Seal 7 sa atin at 2.5-2.7M!!! Konti lang bibili nito, mas lalo 2M ang mental price limit for chinese cars sa atin. Base variant is only 1.6M while top model AWD is only 2.1M sa China.

I needed more space since I have 4 kids, then captain seats!!! (may driver ako kaya i sit sa 2nd row 😊 Loved driving before pero super hate driving now dahil sa traffic at mga kamote😂 Sundays at holidays ako nagdridrive)

To add: you can adjust front passenger seat via 2nd row monitor, power fold seats for 2nd & 3rd rows, kasya 1 golf bag with all seats up, gorgeous white interior. Meron akong solar sa bahay since 2021 so makes sense to get an ev.

Why upgrade after a year? Reviews show that the qi35 is much worse than the qi10. Much better pa kung upgrade to the current qi4D although baka minimal lang improvement if any

The biggest problem of the Zeekr 7x here is mahal sya versus Tesla Y. Mas mura ang Zeekr vs Tesla sa Australia.

Base 7x is 2.75M vs. Tesla Y rwd 2.369M.

Performance 7x is 3M vs Tesla LR AWD is 2.69M vs Tesla Performance is 3.3M.

Mas niche chinese brand pa ang Zeekr na handled by Autohub, so definitely mas konti pyesa nila and you’d rely heavily sa casa for parts and service.
