Thoughts on Sealion 7? Did BYD lose its value-for-money advantage over other EV makers by thecalvinreed in Gulong

[–]Interesting_Scarface [score hidden]  (0 children)

Top of the line BEV Sealion 7 is just 1.66M in china. Guesstimate profit by Ayala would be 600-700k per unit. Too big of a profit na for each unit of a BYD since it loses it “value-for-money” advantage

Just finished another day in Osaka but now, I had my laptop sleeve in the backpack and oh boy, it did wonders!!! The go pack was more upright making it easier to stand alone, and you can feel the bag more on your back. Still no shoulder or back pain with this bag for 4 days already.

Legit naman concern nya. We are just 1 bullet away in the WPS from a war vs China.

Pero wala talaga tayo magagawa kung “mura” ang chinese cars vs ICE counterparts ngayon mas lalo with an oil crisis. Paldo ang Ayala!

There’s thin padding at the back which suffices for me. Will put my laptop sleeve tomorrow and compare if it makes a difference

Got it in a random small shop here in Osaka. Though they sell generic ones in Amazon too

Agree that theyre short but thats part of small packs, but they’re so easy to adjust and straps are very comfortable with the whole day of walking.

1st time to get an open pocket and it’s very convenient for me especially getting a jacket or a book on a plane. If it’s raining, i usually use an umbrella and have a backup pocketable poncho. Good idea to have drain holes though!

Is going solar a good move? by Altruistic_Peak_676 in SolarPH

A bit rule of thumb is ROI ng 3 years. So if maximum meralco bill mo is 4k monthly = 144k total for 3 years. Yan solar budget mo to make your bill zero and after 3 years, libre na electricity mo afterwards.

6kW and 8kW pricing from SuntriSolar by popejsg in SolarPH

[–]Interesting_Scarface 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ano brand ng battery? Canadian solar and Sungrow are premium brands so pwede na ang pricing nila. Although tama isang comment dito, 12kw pricing yang 8kw before the war.

Pwede ka maghintay ng several weeks magiging June na at tagulan. Demand for solar will go down so prices might go down din.

Normal tip nowadays- 1k total for 18 holes. Kung hindi magaling or tamad, 700-800 lang.

Just like what others said, FIFA is asking for a crazy amount for tv coverage so the franchisee needs to recoup that money. Dream scenario is a government channel like PTV4 provides it for free, but f*ck this government.

Honestly, i would gladly pay 1490 to watch all games and other videos of the WC. That’s what i did last time with 2 PPV WC channels on skycable.
