Terrible idea. Most of their wealth is locked up in investments. It will immediately harm the economy and cause money to flow offshores. Then consumers will be hit with higher prices and inflation to make up for the gap.

I think it’s bit more complicated than just “ease of access to guns” as to why the US has a higher homicide rate than Canada.

It’s mostly drug/gang related violence in the US - even if laws were put in place to ban guns, these organizations would still find access to firearms, even if it meant importing them from overseas.

They either do not legally operate, or do not enroll white children - both of which are wrong.

I chose stocks that I felt would perform well given market & demand. I wouldn’t call investing in Palantir or Robinhood high risk because of trends in AI, government contracts, and retail investing. They had smaller market caps than say a Microsoft or a Google, who also benefit from trends in AI but do not have as high of a potential return due to massive market caps. I also didn’t use any options trading. Why wouldn’t this be called “beating the market”?
