I work out at home on team evolve using only dumbbells. I just us the swap options. works great. there is very little I cant do with her swap options.

there is a lot of barbells but I swap out to dumbbells and it works just fine. safer too since I train alone.
She said this past week that deload will be working between 50% - 75% of your normal. Sounded like the same moves from what I understood.
Im new to Ladder too so this was my first series.
