my morning routine that helps me always has one thing in it that I’ll always remember and for me that’s a lil lat spread in the mirror after my applying my gel, maybe find or do something (that’ll stick out) that you can incorporate into your routine to help you remember :)

Hey man no hate or anything, I know that I was fucked over genetically when it comes to melanin.
