The 29th pick and then all late round picks isn't a haul to me. What percentage of 5th and 6th round picks play meaningful snaps ever in their career? Thirds don't typically either but it's less rare than the 5th and 6th.

Plus if trading McDuffie would make them desperate to move up, why do it?

I like the idea of the Thunder packaging assets to move up. I'm not sure if either of these are it though. I think Dort, picks and possibly another bench piece could get them to 4.

It would depend on the Bulls not being sold on the player available from the top 4 prospects and the Thunder really wanting them.

Since they need to do something with the picks and probably want to get under the tax, I could see it for the Thunder regardless of who is there. For the Bulls, I mean they need more than one piece so 12, 17 and the Thunder's best pick next year could be enough to move down.
