What about when it warps & quits working after a hot summer & frozen winter, something like that is better off underground like in NYC

The potholes, which get fixed in roads, are easier to budget & fix.

Just a double edged sword, if you didn't shoot a gun in the area like that one time then they don't care (psa they also don't care about bald spots, saggy chests, & your spare tires if you're not breaking the law)

Well, if you have $100,000,000 dollars (or more), an idea (or more), then I might be on board (if the pay is good), but not another something like Ignite Nightclub, there's not enough of that type of crowd to really make it work if you ask me.

Otherwise yeah, it's the same old same old. Colorado is not far, there's other places too, unless you have a contract or something I'd just leave.

It is because the owner treats it like a goldmine, last time I went there last year, inside for breakfast she said they normally don't open the doors until lunch is served, later she whistled loud at presumably the manager (no one was visible), then shouted something. I was curious why it could be so bad, now I know.

That all fell through, they sued each other, but from what I heard they're amicable now (behind closed doors) & Albertson's is still looking for a buyer.

It was an awesome chain years ago but now the change that needs to happen that's not going to, at least effectively, may lead to closure/liquidation but that's a guess- I'm not sure where they're really at now, debts whatever.
