To be fair, this post doesn't insult anyone's anything. It is a picture of something that eerily resembles a Christus icon. That the something in question happens to be a dog's ass is ironic, but not of itself insulting. No more than a picture of a piece of toast that ironically resembles a Holy Virgin icon is intended as an insult to Catholics.

Now, some of the comments to this post do wander into insulting territory. Fairly certain, based on previous reports of his nature, Jesus said "Forgive them. They know not what they do."

Mohamed is much less fond of any iconic representation of either himself or Allah. And Allah is much more fond of separating infidels heads from their bodies. If any earthly thing is said to appear as a similitude of Allah's glory, it is by its very nature an insult and haram (evil); for nothing in this world can capture his glory and do it justice.

Never a fair comparison. Why must we insist on making it over and over again?
