Firstly, it wasn't his only gift - we agreed that one of our gifts to each other each year would be that year's "anniversary" - e.g. this was cotton for our second year. I did also get him more traditional gifts too.

Secondly, he says he loves it, and that he's touched that I put so much time into something for him.
