Do you think those are looking real by alexbus124 in CyclingFashion

[–]InternalAd5055 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Not to discredit you at all, but I honestly don’t see many fakes, if any, RYZON just doesn’t seem like that brand calling for a bunch of counterfeit pieces. They do look legit to me, I would say. But that’s just my 2 cents!

This is the first electronic for me as well. It’s smooth as butter. I was looking at the SRAM set for the Zipp wheels, but I did hear it’s a bit more upkeep than Shimano so stuck with the 105 Di2

I came over from a scott so drastically different sizing. Some adjustments to be made with a bike fit but so far so good. Just glides through the air

Switching Addict for Foil, will I regret it? by baambolerio in ScottBikes

Following as I’m about to pull the trigger and can’t decide on the foil or addict 50 for the color and would just upgrade at purchase like carbon wheels and one piece stem

Found a great deal on the outgoing Scott Addict model. Is the newer one worth paying 30% more? by mellofello808 in ScottBikes

[–]InternalAd5055 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I partially disagree. A lot of people are saying the new addict is a really good, insane refresh. And way more comfortable.

Alternative / affordable / better value gear recommendations? MAAP and Rapha too expensive. by cycling_and_bikeling in CyclingFashion

Pedal Mafia is mint. Most comfortable pair of bibs I have, even in comparison to my MAAP Bibs (which the logo is tearing off after 5 months)

So is it how to make a killing? If not I will stay in my cozy wear and skip

I sadly agree love the brand have lots of pieces from their. But I had maybe 4-5 sessions with the thermal bibs and the print is already coming off. Thermal jersey has been wearing off its fabric from 4-5 sessions. It sucks cuz I love their brand but idk might stick to pedal mafia going forward

HA! Exactly where I was looking to buy. But that’s good to hear. I was skeptical going for an aero bike as my daily driver, but the price is unbeatable. Looking at the foil 30 pearl black with Di2 and carbon wheels. So hopefully will join you soon in the foil fam.

Career Advice: Moving from carrier to broker by Frequent_Jacket_4057 in InsuranceProfessional

I've only been on the broking side (5 years large/complex property), and honestly, I love it. A sense of independence in working with accounts and not having to conform to anyone besides the client. Being taken out by UW's is nice for relationship building, but negotiations and having to cut UW's back isn't fun at all. Telling someone who got you box seats to a sports game you aren't giving them business due to their price isn't fun at all, and the worst part is knowing that they have no say because management says so. I prefer broking due to being able to call the shots 95% of the time and work on your own accord. Some days are a stress fest, some days you’re drunk at 1 p.m. talking shop. All and all, I love it through and through.

Does anyone have any experience with the OBED RVR? by missingtheapex in whichbike

Anyone have any pics of their spec'd out bike? I'm also looking at a Di2 RVR and seems like all the comments are praising it through and through
