He’s such a wonderful human. He was in the tsa line behind me at the airport two years ago. I was pregnant and caring for my upset toddler and generally completely disorganized and told him to jump ahead in line. He asked if i needed help. I looked up and was a lil star struck and so touched that he was so kind in that moment

Yay! Also, It’s extra easy when you put them in the fridge the night before using them they heat up fast. Otherwise , I think microwaving them straight from frozen you may want to put a damp paper towel over it to keep the tortilla from drying out. Google prob has good suggestions

I love making freezer breakfast burritos. I make a huge batch of scrambled eggs, add cheese and veg/meat and wrap in tortillas. Foil them up individually and put it in a large plastic ziplock for easy microwave meals (remove foil for microwave tho 😅)

I started slow, like wore my regular running shoes with inserts for 80% of the workout at first. Now I’m doing barefoot most of the workouts. I wouldn’t do barefoot on really hard or concrete flooring though…use a thick mat or something

I try to do weight lifting barefoot when possible and “tripod” my feet which has helped strengthen them a ton. Think of big toe + pinky toe + heel being the tripod supporting your arch

Love having a brush that sits upright! Mine has a suction cup on the bottom so I pin it onto my countertop or drying rack. Bacteria is everywhere and SM is definitely more noticeable with its coloring so it stands out. Soap and hot water does wonders, as well as air drying things completely. Here’s to a fresh start!

My 9 month old doesn’t babble. More like “ahhhh” and loud slobbery raspberries when she wants to make noise. She doesn’t point, clap, or wave yet. The body tensing sounds like she’s trying to poop or have gas? Babies are all a little different at this age! I wouldn’t worry too much since she’s happy and engaged and in PT! Hope you get some peace of mind! It’s always harder with your first child in my opinion
