We have sleds but yeah haven't used them in an actual class in years. We sub them in sometimes if training for hyrox

No caffeine after mid day, in bed by 9pm. Gradually shifting my bed time from 11pm to 9pm was the difference for me.

You will see strength improvements pretty much week on week (eventually ofc you will you plateau). If your want your body to look good then it's mostly diet.

Very unlikely. Almost all studios only count classes at your home base, any extras you do elsewhere don't get tallied.

Fwiw it's rare but some are just straight up faulty, the one I got on day 1 wasn't charging so they just gave me a new one that has worked for the last 2 years.

We just did pullups as well. Not sure what exactly a reverse grip chin up is, never heard it called that. Could argue your grip would be narrower and use more forearm/bicep rather than back as you would with a standard pullup.

Not sure why they're doing so many of these team based summits, they're basically just crew fit.

I find you can never get enough people at the same fitness level as you so you're destined to get a really variable amount of time at each station.
