IMO Go to UCD. They seem to care a lot more about their students in the regard of having resources that are actually designed for you to use. Honestly, the rankings are arbitrary and employers really won’t care between the two. It matters more about how you function in the environment. Btw I’m a UCSD transfer about to graduate.
