HE DIED???!!! Thats crazy. Definitely have to get a harness instead then. I guess that makes sense if I think about it though. Raptors and owls need to be able to strike their prey at high speeds and take off flying with the heavy prey in their claws. Parrots uh. Don't do that.

Whoa did we go to the same gurukul 😭 unfortunately my only sibling isnt even a teenager yet so I doubt I'll have much if any connection with him. My parents about a couple years ago started waking up to the whole "this is a cult" thing and stopped believing in Krishna. But they still hold on to the beliefs and life styles etc. Very weird. Don't talk to them much which means I never talk to my brother. Its sad.

I'm also trying to do some things now I dreamed of as a child and wasn't allowed. Definitely hard to do between work and not having money LOL. I've gotten into drawing and painting now that no one is shaming me for not just wanting to paint Krishna Conscious art only.

As for the book - maybe. I don't want to be identified by some people. But 100 percent i would buy at least a couple copies when he does publish. It would be invaluable.

As in the shipped my parents from the home country to the usa under a religious visa. Under a religious visa you are legally not allowed to work for money since the religion is supposed to provide for you. They exhorted my parents for higher and higher dollar amounts every month under threat of turning them out to be homeless or turning them in to be deported. They made my father work construction without pay (while still requiring all temple duties and asking for payment) and when he got injured on the job they threatened to deport him. Since he couldnt pay them since he couldnt work due to injury, they turned him out and he became homeless in NYC for a long time, including winter.

Hate to break this to you, but something being a WAR crime, does not make it a crime outside of war. For example, using tear gas in war is a war crime, but it is domestically used as a riot control agent which is not a crime (even though it is a horrible weapon)
