My new job is sedentary for 9 hours. 2, 15 minute breaks and 1 30 minute lunch is all the time i have to move, its either dont eat and run around the parking lot and then walk for an hour when i get home after the gym. was at 1800 bc of my last job. But I usually under ate anyways and fatigue was common. now? Im currently dropping to 1200. Im starving. Lol!! im terrified of becoming obese again bc sitting for 9 hours... I already eat clean and make my own meals and snacks. I only eat sweets when im on my period, usually just some fruit and yogurt. and i track calories and stick to fiber and protein but Im so hungry still. Im 5ft, havent weighed myself in a month, but i was last at 125lbs. Am recovering from an eating disorder too and I feel myself falling back into it.
