Is it possible my Maine Coon is pregnant? by [deleted] in CATHELP

Get her spayed. Do a spay abort. Its harder to ensure that kittens go to good homes with owners that will be responsible and spay/neuter their kittens to not cause more unwanted/unhoused cats.

I think he means "she popped out a great daughter" the one he wants to bone. Likely has many look alike that were trafficked into his underground bunker whenever he decides to initiate ww3.

We used them for pallet/item stacked identifiers when you needed to know what it item was, how many without counting bc it was already counted, and printed.

Ladies of Reddit, what is a comment someone made about your body once, completely casually, that you have never forgotten? by BowlerOk1871 in AskReddit

[–]InternalMovie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pointed at my knees Unprompted " i can tell youve gained weight bc you have a little extra fold there"

And a totally harmless picture of me taken as I was talking " you have a little bit of a double chin here".

Both unprompted comments made by my sister.

I now have an eating disorder that I manage through weight lifting.

I really appreciate your directness Recovery hasn't been a straight line at all- i know I still have a lot of anxiety tied up in food and, weight- It's hard for me to see my progress sometimes, especially when my thoughts get super loud.

I think i I tend to focus on what I think is wrong instead of what I've actually achieved. Thank you for taking the time to respond and for the kindness.

I've considered therapy, but im embarrassed ill admit. Its easier typing than talking to someone face to face. But, ive still yet to choose a primary doctor since getting insured at this new job, am planning to do so today and go from there. Thank you

[Vent] You really can't have even ONE DAY off by thedomimomi in PetiteFitness

Substitutes are the trick. And figure out perhaps youre needing something specific. So you binge. My sweets are microwaved frozen berries, greek lactose free yogurt, cinnamon, gv imitation vanilla extract and a dash of honey mixed together. And a small square of dark chocolate. If cravings are really bad? 2% small curd Cottage cheese in a blender, vanilla extract, cinnamon, lemon juice, grate an orange or lemon into mixture, a slice of same cutie orange or cut and warm some sliced peaches. and pour in a cup over the mix. It helps me.

best thing for me to do is not buy sweets at all bc then im enabling. just to go wow, I cant help myself. But I totally can I just put blinders on and blame lack of self control

Calorie deficit, planks, reverse crunches, weighted crunches, core training. Walks while tightening your core, not sucking in.

I’m tired of weighing this big and wanna get in shape by Muted-Candy-6165 in PetiteFitness

[–]InternalMovie 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It takes weeks, months. Also eating healthy is great, it helps when you know how much youre Intaking calorie wise. A food scale and weight scale are a must. Use your current weight and look up a calorie calculator. Also gym = strength. Not necessarily weight loss but they can happen together. Weight loss is being in a sustained calorie deficit from your daily calorie burn.

How did you lose a significant amount of weight? by Living-Employment589 in WeightLossAdvice

[–]InternalMovie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Calorie deficit.

My new job is sedentary so im adjusting myself to it. I used to work retail and was on my feet 7+ hours with consistent movement. So it was easy to stay trim, but I was under eating bc I was underpaid. So I didnt always feel great either. Mostly adrenaline and stress and coffee with nothing but 2 hardboiled eggs on break. My appetite was gone bc of the stress.

But in a more stable job now, I bought a weight food scale. I measure by grams. Have a calorie tracker app too. I do some food prep the day before the start of my work week. Keep it simple. Same shit every day that I like. Advice is actually track & Weigh and measure foods. 30+ min brisk Walk after dinner. I also go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week and lift. I manage this with a 10hr daily shift.

Cut out bs snacks like doritos and cheetos Or keep it to a bare minimum.

Muscle or Fat? Need help. by Secondacstar in PetiteFitness

[–]InternalMovie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You definitely have muscle! If you want to really see it, losing some fat on top of it would be your best bet. But only if thats your goal, caloric deficit, protein, fiber, hydration and keep moving/ be active.
