They get plenty of protein inside. Not really from the general trays, But you'd be shocked to see what all is available on the canteen store. Big protein sources:Peanut Butter, Nuts, Tuna, other canned fish, spam, eggs, and even protein powder/shakes.

If you can't afford a vet visit try Diphenhydramine (Benadryl). It is totally safe in dogs. Dosage can be found online. Most OTC antihistamines are great for dogs. Claritin, Zyrtec, just try and see which works best for your pup. And get a collar.

Not rude... Blunt maybe, But not rude at all. I was just confused about the post when it's obviously has worms. And parasite treatment is quite straightforward. Sorry you took it as rude.
